What's inside a Nectar & Bumble Box?
The Nectar & Bumble Box is a carefully curated selection of bee-themed items ranging from candles, stationery & sweet treats to natural, cruelty-free skincare and home/lifestyle products.
Each box has 4-5 bee-utiful products that have been carefully chosen by us to include small businesses, local artisans and brands who love bees as much as we do! Every month we will include a range of different products that will be a surprise to customers when the box lands on your doorstep!
We ensure that any products we include are cruelty-free and come from brands who love bees as much as we do. We promise each month that the value of the box will be worth more than the price you pay.
Subscribers will also get an exclusive discount code each month, to get 15% off any order placed on the Nectar & Bumble website.
When & how often will I receive my Nectar & Bumble Box?
Boxes will be dispatched on the 20th of each month. The deadline for ordering your Nectar & Bumble Box is the 15th of each month.
For example: If a subscription order is placed on or before the 15th April, you will receive April's box. If a subscription is placed after the 15th April, you will receive May's box. If the 20th falls on a weekend then boxes will be posted on the Monday.
Where do you deliver to & how much is delivery?
We currently offer delivery to the UK and the costs are included in the monthly box fee (£20 plus £2.95 P&P). Boxes will be dispatched on/closest week date to 20th via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery.
We also now offer international delivery (subscribe with Moonclerk), which is £12.95 for Europe and £19.95 to USA/Canada.
Please note that due to certain restrictions sending items abroad, box contents may differ from our UK subscribers from time-to-time.
Can I buy the Nectar & Bumble Box products individually?
We're proud to connect our box subscribers with amazing artisans and small business owners from around the UK.
We have our online store where you can buy products individually and in some cases, if we have extra stock available, some products will be able to purchase that may have been featured in a previous box.
Our boxes come with information from the businesses we feature, so you can make individual purchases directly from them if you can't find the products on our store.
How does payment work?
We set up our recurring monthly payment through MoonClerk who use the secure payment method Stripe. You will automatically be billed on the 15th each month.
You can also subscribe via Paypal and you will be billed on the same date that you subscribed each month.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds on our subscription boxes. In cases where an item may have arrived damaged, we will replace the damaged items.
My details/address has changed...
Please email us if you need to change your shipping address or your personal details on firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot be held responsible for returned/lost boxes due to an incorrect address.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We're sad to see you go...but we understand circumstances change! If you'd like to cancel your subscription, simply email us to notify us you're leaving and then you can cancel the recurring payment in your MoonClerk/Stripe or Paypal account.
*To ensure that all account updates are completed promptly, please contact us at least five days prior to your next billing date. We cannot refund or stop a delivery once an order has processed.
